All students will have an early start (8:15 am) on Friday, September 29th.  School dismissal times will remain the same:

• TK/Kindergarten: 12:05 pm dismissal

• 1st - 5th Grade: 2:50 pm dismissal

When students are not attending the Opening Ceremony and their class run time, they are focusing on classroom instructional time.  All students should remain on campus following their run and for the remainder of their school day.

Todos los estudiantes tendrán un comienzo temprano (8:15 am) el viernes 29 de septiembre. Los horarios de salida de la escuela seguirán siendo los mismos:

• TK/Kindergarten: salida a las 12:05 pm

• 1.° - 5.° grado: salida a las 2:50 p. m.

Cuando los estudiantes no están asistiendo a la Ceremonia de Apertura y el tiempo de ejecución de su clase, se están enfocando en el tiempo de instrucción en el salón de clases. Todos los estudiantes deben permanecer en el campus después de su carrera y por el resto de su día escolar.

School drop off is hectic enough.  Add 300 spectators parking and it can make for an especially hectic morning.  Plan ahead and:

• Consider carpooling, walking, and biking to school.

• If driving, be prepared to park a few blocks away and walk to campus.  Be conscientious to the neighborhood and refrain from blocking driveways.

Our kids won’t be the only ones getting their steps in at the Fun Run!

El regreso a la escuela es lo suficientemente agitado. Agregue estacionamiento para 300 espectadores y puede hacer que la mañana sea especialmente agitada. Planifique con anticipación y:

• Considere compartir el automóvil, caminar y andar en bicicleta a la escuela.

• Si conduce, prepárese para estacionar a unas cuadras de distancia y camine hasta el campus. Sea concienzudo con el vecindario y absténgase de bloquear las entradas de vehículos.

All spectators must sign in and obtain a visitors sticker to attend the Fun Run.  Three check in tables will be set up from 7:45 am - at the front of the school for all spectators to check in at and get their Visitors Sticker.

Spectators will be allowed onto campus at 8:15 am.  Please do not disrupt classes and instead, follow the chalk signs to the Spectator Area on the blacktop.

All spectators are expected to leave campus by no later than 12:30 pm on September 29th.  

Todos los espectadores deben registrarse y obtener una calcomanía de visitante para asistir a la carrera divertida. Se establecerán tres mesas de registro a partir de las 7:45 am, en el frente de la escuela para que todos los espectadores se registren y obtengan su calcomanía de visitantes.

Los espectadores podrán ingresar al campus a las 8:15 am. No interrumpa las clases y, en su lugar, siga las señales de tiza hasta el área de espectadores en el asfalto.

Se espera que todos los espectadores abandonen el campus a más tardar a las 12:30 p. m. del 29 de septiembre.

Cameras are welcome at the Fun Run. While capturing your student(s) be sure to:

• Take photos of your students ONLY 

• Before sharing, blur out those who are not your students 

• Please do not share or post without consent of parents /guardians

Peet’s Coffee has generously offered to fuel our parents at the Fun Run!  Hot cups of freshly brewed Peet’s Coffee will be available for a $2-$5 cash purchase.  

Parched out on the blacktop cheering on your runner(s)?  Ice cold water bottles will also be available for $2 cash.

Need a rush of sugar?  Fresh donuts will be on sale. $2 cash.

All proceeds earned at the drink station will go to fund the current 4th Grade class’ Outdoor Ed Program for next year.
